Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers to create memorable experiences
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and customer areas
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours

Qualifications
- No prior barista experience necessary – we train!
- Strong desire to learn coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced shifts
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Team player with positive attitude
- Food Handler's Certification (will be provided if needed)
