Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, seating areas, and equipment
- Upsell menu items and promote seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
