Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages using precise techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with proficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless operations
- Learn and implement new seasonal beverage recipes and promotions
