Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine workspace by cleaning equipment and restocking inventory
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash/transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture through open communication
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train from scratch!
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to our Ocean Drive location
