- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal specialties
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment ensuring cleanliness and functionality

- Process cash and digital payments accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required - we train all team members!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to work
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
