Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee/espresso beverages according to recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for smooth operations
- Learn and memorize product knowledge to assist customer inquiries
- Adhere to health and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- No prior coffee experience required - we train from scratch!
