Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and specialty drinks
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Maintain clean and organized workspace, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train all new hires!
