Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using precise brewing techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Learn and memorize drink recipes and seasonal specials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train from scratch!
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (provided during training)
