Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and care
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, counters, and service areas
- Operate POS system and handle cash/transactions accurately
- Learn and adhere to recipe standards and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
