Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – training provided!
