Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using precise techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all coffee equipment, service areas, and seating
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
