- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience in high-volume settings
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining composure during rushes
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
