Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to our premium recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with responsibility.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, including cleaning equipment, counters, and restrooms to meet health standards.
- Participate in remote training sessions to learn brewing techniques, latte art, and new menu items.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the team to execute daily tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong passion for coffee culture and the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable computer and internet connection for remote training components.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
