Job Summary:
As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great cup of coffee.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brew.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers to take orders and answer questions about our menu.
- Restock supplies, including milk, syrups, and pastries, ensuring the bar is fully equipped.
- Follow health and safety guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Passion for coffee and learning about brewing techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
