Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffee.
- Operate commercial espresso machines and grinders with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and answering questions about our menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area at all times.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
