Responsibilities
- Brew high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular espresso machine maintenance and deep cleaning.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell products and offer suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently under pressure.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change.
