Responsibilities
- Brew and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to our recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle transactions.
- Train new baristas on our brewing techniques and customer service standards.
- Stock inventory and manage supplies to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Eager to learn and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
