Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to our standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and POS systems with precision and speed.
- Engage with customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area and seating environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
