Responsibilities
- Prepare & Serve: Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and pastries to our customers.
- Equipment: Safely and accurately operate espresso machines, blenders, and other brewing equipment.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies (milk, cups, syrups), and inform management when inventory is low.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We teach you everything you need to know on the job!
- Personality: A friendly, outgoing, and energetic attitude is a must.
- Reliability: Ability to work on your feet for long periods and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
