Responsibilities
- Brewing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling transactions accurately.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and seating areas throughout the shift.
- Assisting with food preparation and maintaining inventory levels.
- Training new hires and assisting with shift management when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends, mornings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
