Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Learn and master our signature recipes and brewing techniques during training.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleanliness as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
