Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate commercial espresso machines and grinders with precision and care.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and answering questions about our menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and basic latte art.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays.
- Valid Food Handler's card is a plus.
