Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brew, and specialty teas.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace, including espresso machines and dining areas.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn brewing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
