Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision and speed.
- Follow standard recipes and preparation methods to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and beverage scaling.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
