Responsibilities
- Brew and serve high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to our exacting recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers warmly to take orders, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, including the front of house and back of house areas.
- Operate, clean, and troubleshoot espresso machines and other brewing equipment.
- Restock supplies, manage inventory, and assist with food preparation and plating.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
