Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and brewed coffee according to recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
- Restock supplies, such as milk, cups, and syrups, to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
