- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the workstation.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
