Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and pastries, following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso machine, counter, and dining area.
- Restock supplies such as milk, syrups, cups, and pastries to ensure smooth operations.
- Cash handling and processing transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements.
- Eagerness to learn about coffee brewing techniques and menu items.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
