Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brew according to recipe standards
- Provide personalized customer consultations and product recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, prep areas, and customer spaces
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash with integrity
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in monthly sensory training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Food safety certification preferred (ServSafe)
- Basic math skills for inventory and POS operations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
