Responsibilities
- Craft Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and pastries with precision and artistry.
- Customer Experience: Greet every guest with a warm smile, listen to their needs, and ensure they leave satisfied.
- Operations: Maintain a pristine store environment, including sanitizing equipment and managing the coffee bar.
- POS Management: Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system and handle cash/card payments.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience in a coffee shop or fast-paced food service environment is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
