Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries, following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations with a smile.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operations: Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to work in the US.
