Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks and food items according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Clean and sanitize all coffee brewing equipment and service areas to meet health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with hot liquids and equipment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
