Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for service.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Restock ingredients, milk, cups, and napkins to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Follow all recipes and quality standards to deliver the perfect cup every time.
- Assist in cleaning the dining area and restrooms to maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
