Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders with a smile, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, equipment, and dining areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups) to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
