Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews, according to company recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment, including wiping down counters, restocking supplies, and sanitizing equipment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process various payment methods with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and communicate effectively during peak hours.
- Upsell products and beverages to enhance the customer experience and meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk texturing is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and politely.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
