Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and pastries according to strict recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu.
- Upsell products and suggest new items to enhance the customer experience.
- Cash handling and POS system management with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; a passion for coffee is a must.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
- Eager to learn and grow within the coffee industry.
