Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the espresso bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and manage orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be 18 years or older.
