Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to answer questions and offer recommendations.
- Restock supplies (milk, cups, pastries) as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Clean and sanitize coffee machines, grinders, and utensils regularly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule (must be available weekends and holidays).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Enthusiasm for coffee culture and willingness to learn new brewing techniques.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
