Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and teas according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including espresso machines and dining areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Upsell products and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as required.
