Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to our recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including the counter, dining room, and storage spaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and positive demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
