Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and fresh pastries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment, including the coffee bar and dining area.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and POS systems efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Cash handling and basic math skills to manage transactions.
- Participate in daily opening, closing, and shift change duties.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong passion for coffee and food service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
