Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the service area and dining space.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk steaming, and latte art techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
