Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries, following standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain high-quality espresso machines and brewing equipment to ensure perfect extraction every time.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and answering questions about our menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including wiping down counters and sanitizing equipment.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to serve others.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Reliability and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
