Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brews, and teas, according to strict recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café atmosphere, ensuring all equipment is sanitized.
- Interact warmly and professionally with customers, taking orders accurately and making recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions.
- Cashiering, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed.
- Train new hires on our brewing techniques and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
