Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, smoothies, and teas, according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers with a warm smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with the team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
