Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and tea beverages following exact recipes.
- Operate and maintain our provided commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, take accurate orders, and provide exceptional service.
- Keep the workspace clean, sanitized, and organized at all times to ensure food safety standards.
- Restock inventory including milk, syrups, pastries, and cups to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using our POS systems.
- Engage with customers to answer questions and suggest add-ons or seasonal specials.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required (we provide the equipment and training!).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- A genuine passion for coffee and customer service.
