Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and brewed coffee.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front counter, seating area, and coffee preparation stations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Follow brewing recipes and health codes strictly to ensure quality and safety.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer responsibly.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus but not required.
