Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment to ensure high-quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service while taking orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including sanitizing workstations and dining areas.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and food safety regulations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
