Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and creativity
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing menu recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Uphold brand standards for product quality and customer service
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
