Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver outstanding customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace including espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems while upselling products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and product quality assurance
- Participate in ongoing training to master new brewing methods and menu innovations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
